4 programs are available in two formats:
1. New! DVD: The four programmes on the DVD
come with narration in 8 languages: English,
Spanish, Portuguese,
French, Japanese,
Chinese, Arabic
and Norwegian. This means that
you may switch between languages at any time on the DVD.

VHS video: Video sets in 8 languages are also available.
These sets may be purchased in all of the languages. The four
programmes come on two cassettes.
Both VHS
and DVD are available in PAL
(Europe, Asia, Africa) and NTSC
(North America) system.
